I wouldn't say that there will never be a ticker change but being up today has nothing at all to do with it. Like I said this ran up one day at the beginning of August 42% and everyone here said that it was a sign that the ticker change is coming within days and that "someone knows something". 2 months later we are in the same position. This little run is meaningless, look at when it ran to 12 cents on thin air months ago and nothing happened
