Thanks - first of all the new President will have to stop
the Sale of BRWC in the Foreclosure Lawsuit by
either coming up with the funds to pay off the monies
owed to the Plaintiff or by finding a Buyer to pay off
the Plaintiff.

I don't think Bankruptcy Protection is in the Plans.
