IF THE MARKET WERE RATIONAL & FULLY EFFICIENT, THEN YES, THE STOCK WOULD BE DEAD BUT

the market is not fully efficient, at least not yet. Perhaps when machines do all the trading it will approach full efficiency. But as long as humans trade, encumbered as we are with cognitive errors and information processing limits, stocks like NNVC can remain at price levels that are far from fact and fundamental value.

The technicals say the market is starting to come to the realization that the chance of NNVC ever making a penny from its intellectual property is remote.

The bearish flag pattern continues. I expect it to resolve to the downside by the end of next week.
