it tells what price the stock closed at. I have been in PLENTY of stock that close heavy on the bid... and go up CRAZy even the next day.. Plenty who close on the ask with 10s of millions and then go down .... So all that really says for sure that someone bought in at 350pm with a little bit of money sentiment is not determined by one trading session or in the last 10 minutes

We all know these companies are crap! LOL...Make your money while you can!
