#7 Profepa confirms to court that Santa Elena Mine has not been working since 2 months ago.
Based on the inform the judge required to federal envirnomental authorities(Profepa)on sept 22nd 2017, they went to do an inspection to the Julio Mine at the Santa Elena ranch on Sept 26th 2017 to verify if there was any mining activity and asked 2 employees from MarMar who attended the authorities about the whole operation, they answered the mine has been shut down since 2 months ago.
