CLSN what's the expiry date of those warrants?

I think GLPG shareholders once were relatively lucky with warrants that were only little in the money and would have expired just when they needed to do a financing round.

To me the existence of warrants or even long-dated warrants would be rather negative. Is there anything that'd force the warrant holders to excercise these (and inject cash) now? I'd have a look at CLSN only after that (and after having looked into/found out about the two large balance sheet liability positions).
