NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 13, 2006--First Guardian Financial Corporation (Pink Sheets:FGFC - News) today announced that it has completed the amendment of its authorized shares to 152 million and has corrected the company's status with The Secretary of State in Delaware

The company will also be forwarding a copy of said amendments to its Transfer Agent so that they may adjust/update their records accordingly, (this update may take a day or so depending on their process).
