The real play with ONCI is the auto industry contracts and the financials that will be released on Dec 15. If you can hold out until those, this will explode. You just have to accept the roller coaster that comes with a penny stock. I was up $113K at one point. Now I'm only up $50K. I know what I lost by not selling at the peak, but I also know what is ahead with those milestones in front of us.
