Roger that...Troy did say he plans on getting us up to around 1,000 shareholders of record...in Feb we were @ 269...have about 100 more than that following our board at present. I remember him stating that when he was an IR/PR guy his expertise was getting investors...I gotta' believe him, because he did just get us $10M from investors for the RegA...not sure where we stand on the 506c...regardless, he definitely seems to have a pretty stout Rolodex.
