That's some funny stuff.

Lawyers use templates 99.9% of the time. Really good lawyers just know what to cut and paste a little better than their counterparts.

And if your going to sell to Walmart, Walmart will often provide you the template and if you have a really really really good lawyer, you may get to change a few words...if your lucky.

This stock is due for a reversal and a steady climb.
