too large period. all those shares are waiting to be sold in peoples accounts. if it gets any volume whatsoever they will hit. this cant move up because of that reason and it doesn't matter what the business is.. but this is just my opinion don't take it ss a matter of fact. anything is possible here but not likely with that kind of dilution
