I have lots of experience investing in the OTC. I was a TTCM cheerleader for a long time. The company has set a precedence for hype and disappointment and I got tired of lying to myself about the direction it’s going, because I’ve lost a lot of faith in the team overall. Dr. Jon’s Resume is impressive and no doubt he is a brilliant guy. The team under him seems largely incompetent, which makes me question his competence as a CEO for continuously putting the wrong people on the payroll. MANY OTC companies uplist, and the $50M is toxic funding, which is why they haven’t utilized it yet. This brilliant man didn’t even check to make sure SafeDate wasn’t a thing (and clearly didn’t assess the competition) before he had it created and marketed the crap out of it (even hiring professionals to make songs about it for marketing purposes). This brilliant man hires out a team of 20 something’s to create apps that are absolute garbage. This same brilliant man also brought the disastrous PhotoSweep under the TTCM umbrella, completely inexplicably.

There’s a history here, and while I know even the most intelligent and capable fail from time to time, this has become a pattern for this CO. That is why I question everything they are doing at this point.
