I like the vagueness about the 8-K.
You do know that a 8-K is used to announce a Material Event - and void of details this is certainly not a Material Event.
"that the majority of debt held by two funders has been converted to equity and that the company, in all material respects, will be debt free shortly."
What 2 funders - how much debt - how many shares did the debt convert to - how will the rest of the debt be repaid when there isn't any revenue - more debt to equity conversions.
Certainly nothing "clear" in the 8-K.
