This stock will not move up until there is news - period. There will be small spurts of volume as people grab lotto tickets and small stakes, but the share structure is virtually locked up because of how small it is. Riggs and Old Mill own virtually everything, except for the disorganized prospectors mining for gold. Everything depends on Riggs and you can't shake shares loose because the people who hold it only watch for jumps. Otherwise, it will sit in their accounts in a dormant state. IMHO. This is not a typical penny because of the share structure.
