Well, unfortunately I have to agree to an extent, and one of the big reasons I didn't grab more than just a small position here, track record of the company officers and the share structure is a concern.

Which is kind of a bummer because I really like the company, particularly TDA, I think TDA could have went public on the OTC themselves and been a huge success.

In pennyland you reap what you sow, you can't screw investors over and not expect there to be future ramifications, that kind of thing tends to follow you around forever, especially given the speculative nature of microcaps as it is.

With that said, Grom Social Enterprises is not DNA Brands, it's a much better looking company, one can only hope they learned from their mistakes, and history does not repeat itself.
