Let's try this one again, the $2 billion of dolomite was a survey done by a respectable firm. As soon as the survey results came out the old land owner wanted more money. Do some DD please... It's a real mountain worth a ton. Big asset.

No company can list these type of assets on its balance sheet. Not even a Nasdaq company. That's not how it works.
