If the share buyback will happen, makes sense to happen sooner while the pps is still low, than later when the pps will be significantly higher IMHO.
I wonder if the impact on the pps will be of a magnitude to bring the BVTK pps at $0.05 or even higher depending the quantity of the shares that will be bought (back).
Combined with the other pending events, I see the BVTK pps climbing over a dime very soon.
