Questions for Steve:

1. It was mentioned that share reduction would come in three stages. Have we fulfilled this commitment or was the two separate reductions for the preferred shares as one of the stages and one more stage is coming?

2. Any realistic timeline for the website or out of our hands?

3. Have we considered timing of PR’s?

4. MJ update still in the works?

5. Were the board of directors appointed to fulfill guidelines of up-listing?
