Tell that to whoever keeps reloading the bid in the low .01's everytime it is hit. Been trading between the 100 & 200 SMA for 7 days now and accumulation keeps going up and up on the chart

Someone is loading this while holding it back, someone keeps putting large blocks at key moving averages and then pulls them down when they feel fit.
