I have no real interest in the matter. I don't particularly like stock fraud and have lost more money than I care to admit on penny stocks, but I take full ownership of that; I knew the risks. A risky play is very different than outright market fraud, however.

In this particular case I can assure everyone that UAMA has zero assets or business undertakings. Read the affidavit more closely, there is a patent admission that the news releases surrounding the 'acquisitions' of the IP and TNW entities is false. Look at paras. 17 to 21.

Even if you believe the IP to be of value (which, I can assure you, it does not), UAMA has absolutely no interest in that IP. All assets of any value (which were pilfered from UAMA and Teliphone Corp. years ago) are being sold the the Canadian bankruptcy proceedings.

Believe what you want. When you are left holding the bag after giving your money to fraudsters just remember that you had the benefit of a warning.
