Watt said he needs 2-3 % which is 100-150 billion to recap I think

I was referring to the amount he suggested he "hold aside" from future dividend payments. Not recap at all. I think that hold-aside is a much, much smaller amount. Considering the current retained capital is $600M I am guessing it's that amount or less. It seems that was causing some of them a lot of grief since many preferred the excitement another draw would cause.
