Alex Walsh owns 0 shares and got paid (in addition to his $120,000 salary) $97,000 in cash for consulting (who knows on what) this past year. This is in the 10-K published this week along with other info like they spend no money on R&D and own no intellectual property (e.g., nothing related to SonCav, lithium or oil) other than the trademark "lithium exploration group."
