Watt keeps saying it's up to Mnuchin and Congress over and over in monotone. He will say later... "I told you so". No one is listening to him and they are literally walking all over his face. He's too weak to loudly repeat and scream from the tallest building the possibility of needing a capital draw and how this could put our entire housing industry in term oil. I think he's a complete DEAD BEAT. The squeaky wheel gets the grease ... WATT HAS NO GREASE AND DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE.

P.S. Rek: before you come to Watt's defense as usual, really think about Watt's TRUE efforts... do you honestly think they are valiant efforts? Has Mel exhausted (key word exhausted) ALL efforts repeatedly to the best of his ability? I and many others think NOT!
