Too far out for ROI. Let's look at LACDF for a comparison. It surged many years ago during its speculation phase. Without financing or a partner, it slowly petered down into the low .2s in late 2015, early 2016. With its joint venture announcement with SQM in March 2016 it surged up doubling plus. There was time to buy right after the announcement before the surge!!! It stabilized and petered down some without full financing or a solid timeline for the project. Then in January of this year things started to heat up with multiple financing agreements and the pps responded. Again, after each announcement there was time to buy before the surge! This was especially true with the financing announcement in June 2017 and the beginning of construction. My points are that it is going to be a long ways out before we start to see any really good ROI and that if one watches the news closely, you will have buying opportunities with Pure Energy before the market responds. There are mines very close to production and their pps is on the move. I will continue to follow PEMIF closely and will buy when I see all permitting in place and appropriate financing from a major lithium player.
