Yup. Aside from Raley and Watford, I'm sure the other major owners forgot about UVSE, or perhaps took tax write-offs in prior years.

I'm more focused on Raleyand his work at PwC, and how clients at the firm might want to reverse merge into this empty shell. I think it's advantageous that he has a senior position at PwC. More possibilities for M&A.
