The Posner effect was proven to be fact. The family sold shares to get their overall ownership percentage under the limit so they could execute their warrants. They weren't dumping to just dump the stock. They cleared their limit and bought all their warrants. They made a profit on their initial shares and then doubled up by purchasing the warrants.
As of last year's 10K they still owned more than 5% of the company which requires filing if they sell.
