I'm not sure if there's a minimum price requirement on the OTCQB only a reporting and annual fees requirement. Usually a REVERSE STOCK SPLIT comes when it's sub pennies and liquidity dries up (seeing it now). The one thing PLSB does have going for it is that it is still under a BILLION Shares ISSUED AND OUTSTANDING but we all know that won't be for long. Are there other companies trading on more fluff (i.e. Little to no revenues with BILLIONS OS)? Yes, absolutely. Are they worth their market cap in comparison to PLSB? Probably not. The problem is that PLSB's liquidity is what it is and anyone sitting on the sidelines would see the lack of interest "down at these levels" very worrisome! - IMHO
