Most serious investors will research the CEO and any high profile people on the board. Also most people will look these people in LinkedIn. If this were a scam and their LinkedIn profile reflects them associated with ONCI, that will follow them the rest of their lives and no one would touch anything they are associated with. These guys just hired are putting their reputations on the line by becoming associated with ONCI. They would never come on board if this were a scam.
