Why throw good money after bad? I have nothing to gain by paying Delaware $10 paper work fee.
As I said before, the Delaware corporate status is a minor, clerical, issue.
NAGP is on the GRAY, or, as they spell in England, GREY market due to the SEC action because NAGP is non-reporting for years.
