Two legal points in favor of UAMA: Neither Benoit nor UAMA are parties to the proceedings (see affidavit 25, pages 42 & 44). Also favorable: the outstanding shares times yesterday's closing price puts the market cap of UAMA below $6.5 million, which I believe is basically lunch money compared to assets of all of UAMA's technology and companies. The price could be 10 times higher and still undervalued, but buyers would have to justify that. When the SEC filings are updated, we will see what the book value of UAMA really is.
