If thwy actually release their financials at some point that would help. Again I assume their financials were garbage. With the new facility and actual water being sold I think they are waiting to post them with a quarter that actually makes financial sense for its shareholders.

Not saying it's right but hey, it's stinky pinky, what else can you expect. Shareholders in this exchange have about as much memory as gold fish. If this is what they are doing. It will actually work.
