Lol. I'm sure Ashton had this company listed for sale on Craiglist too.

But seriously based on recent activities it almost seems like there might have been a buyer in place for some time and they are going thru the process. Otherwise certainly next step is Bankruptcy.

If someone has bought the company it also makes sense they want their own staff and business model to sling the menu
