Agreed. UNGS shares locked at 11B. No more A/S nor R/S. Yet, I think Wayne realizes the more he parses a company, the harder it will be for him to get his pound of flesh - over $200K worth.

So, that puts him in a bit of a pickle. Dilute the company to nothing like UNGS or chill dilutions and get paid while allowing shareholders to get some ROI.

These spin-offs are Wayne's do-overs. And, it remains to be seen if these will be business as usual or turnaround time.
