I have been watching the Level two. If you pay for level 2 on equity feed you can see non-retail sells. The T-trades have been non-retail sells. Market makers are holding them until after hours. Outstanding shares just mean what has been converted. Once a note or settlement is converted it still has to be sold into the public float. When it gets sold it won't show the outstanding shares going up but it will affect how the stock moves. If we estimate 20 million are being added to the public float each trading day that comes around 400-500 million a month. So there still could be a few billion more shares hitting the float over the next few months. So BVTK will need some big news for the stock price to maintain and to go up. Thinking it will have to be 8ks though instead of tweets.
