Tuesday, September 26, 2017 order Order to Show Cause Tue 12:42 PM ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: Plaintiff is ordered to show cause why its claims against domestic defendants Hillel Isseroff, Dermot Finnan, and Stephen Hamilton should not be dismissed. Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m) requires plaintiff to serve domestic defendants within 90 days of filing the complaint. Over 60 days have passed since that deadline. On or before September 29, 2017, plaintiff is ordered to either file proof of service for these defendants or show good cause for its failure. Ordered by Judge Allyne R. Ross on 9/26/2017.
