Legal information: !! Asher, Magna, St George and other convertible debt holders like them were paid off in 2015 and 2016. They are gone. Colonial and Capcall was settled back in June. Pawnee was settled in September. Most of the small ones were settled. Others offered settlement agreements. Our lawyers are reviewing them. The settlements will show up as other income in future financials. You will noticed a major decrease in Interest expense from over $1 million in 2015 and 2016. To less than $100,000 this year. We showed net income in second quarter 2017. These are old debts back in 2016 and earlier years.
