And I apologise for not addressing the solar-roof to grid topic. I was involved with that throughout the mid-west. We had around 450 businesses where we placed solar panels. Just keeping track of the problems and issues became almost unmanageable. The power companies leasing the rooftops are losing money on that deal. They are starting to not renew contracts as they come up. Solar panels have a pretty short life-span and having to replace, clean, repair and listen to complaints,,,its just not worth the return on investment.
