Everything in NYC was strangely quiet today. Traffic in was 1/10th of normal. Not sure why, as Yom Kippur was Saturday.

Those who bemoan a $25-30 buyout as too low haven't looked at the stock price recently. Yes, maybe $50 is more fair, but unless we can get this up to $15 at least on a deal, we don't have a prayer of getting more.

Still not one really big cash up front deal...not one. Dilution fears keeping us down. Those who say 33% dilution is fine...well, it may be 100% to 200% dilution...still OK with that?

Get the stock into the teens. Sell the Company. Best outcome.
