Lawsuit has been filed against the board for failure to carry out its fiduciary duty to prevent self dealing by the Rochons?

Aslo is it true that longaberger messed up bigly. Did not pay IT and printing and product vendors. Running out of product to sell. No catalogs printed. Orders not being processed electronically or being shipped. And sales field commissions not being calculated correctly.
