How can UPZS state that UNIQUE PIZZA TAP HOUSE is a wholly owned subsidiary?

They are two years into a five year note for their 50% of the TAP HOUSE and have not paid one dine on this note, $252,408 in arrears.

Perhaps this information will be in their next PR.
