The 8K explains the reason for the switch in accounting firms - it is required by the RM. KLJ was 12 Retech's accountant and AKAM was 12 Hong Kong's accountant. They can't retain both after the merger, so they dismissed KLJ.

Yes, it could mean something, but I could just as easily mean absolutely nothing.

We need real and evidence that this company it doing more than just shuffling papers around to look busy.
