What leases are you talking about? The power companies purchase the land, not lease it. The land alone is some of the most expensive in every state as it has to be on a river or ocean. Hundreds ands hundreds of prime US river-front acres. And who do you think are the largest companies in the world? Give up? Care to buy a vowel? Yep, the Fossil Fuel -- Gas and Oil Conglomerates!


I sat on a board meeting hearing when we voted to accept and apply LEEDS standards as our way of life at the company. Those trash cans really look good and the posters are terrific.
