Realizing that I am not a big T, I am going to throw in my proverbial two cents:

Many have postulated that the overhanging issue of financing is what is keeping the stock price down. This is overly simplistic. I think the issue is not "the financing" but the concern that we will need to raise more funds through a public offering at a low PPS which will significantly dilute the outstanding share base.

If we can raise the price organically, another offering would not be as dilutive. However, it would be inherently better if we can raise funds through warrant conversion, which while dilutive, would add more shares that are already baked into the current price.

Both of these options would be much better for "morale", e.g. share price.
