This company's approach to convertible debt has kept them grossly oversold for some time now it seems. They look to be zeroing out that line item here soon if they haven't already and the company has a massive operation and to me should be trading at .0075 minimum just for starters.

Check out their latest filing. Because it is unorthodox and not what people are used to, it could almost seem too good to be true, but if you go back and look at multiple filings, you'll see that they are in fact for real and once the convertible debt is off the books, this one should soar big time!
