$DIRV its wholly-owned subsidiary, Virtual Surveillance LLC, has received an elite recognition award from IDIS Co., LTD ("IDIS") - a finalist in the United States Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs) competition in the "Outstanding Security Manufacturer" category for the second year in a row.

The company received this award in recognition for excellence in security implementations in national accounts. The Company is now servicing a list of clients that includes a popular national restaurant chain and its Las Vegas casino, along with many other ongoing projects with IDIS.
