It's plain and simple, he likes this company and he wants shares, or someone he is working for likes this company. $VGID has real potential and the story is compelling which, even if nothing else, will drive the PPS up and sometimes more than anything else...

The difference between he and I is the level to which he will stoop in order to get those shares; scruples would say there are some things you just don't do to your fellow shareholders or the company you are so invested in...
