This is a strange one like I said normally the family or friends say we thought something was wrong with him but his brother and family are saying they went to a concert or show the other night they were gambling nothing whatsoever lead them to think anything was wrong with their brother.

65 year old guy that lived in an elderly Community doesn't make a lick of sense.
