And if Tom was involved in something like that, he would have lost his UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT TOP SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE a LONG time ago... which he didn't... The Government would have taken care of that (pulling a TS clearance) VERY quickly (as in IMMEDIATELY), that's not something they would play around with. No chance, no way, no how.

Folks need to remember that if Tom was doing, or involved in, ANYTHING illegal, he would have had his clearance pulled.
