TenKay you're being to punitive. There are two parties here, one of which is Tom and the other is us, or part of us. While i agree Tom creates a certain environment here which is conducive to communication with him, he certainly did not set up this open communication to be taken advantage of. This is us, or part of us. Give the guy a break. He's pretty unique in his openness and likely will continue to be, during business hours.
