$750,000 EBIDTA Annually ÷ 7,742,289 shares (INTVD OS) = .0968 EPS per EBIDTA

Now we must multiply the EPS per EBIDTA by a Price to Earnings (P/E) Ratio to get a Fundamental Valuation to consider for where INTVD could exist to trade.
